security alerts...........HELP!!!!!!!

hi...
everytime i vist certain sites i keep getting
the "security alert" window popping up, even though i
know these sites are safe.... its very annoying... how do
i turn this function off.

Is the security alert coming from your personal firewall software? Is it
coming from Internet Explorer as a scripting warning? Is it coming out
of the blue with a Messenger title on it?
