security agents keep going inactive!!!!

Hi everybody,
I know my computer is already all sorts of sick, but to
make it worse my Microsoft AntiSpyware and its security
agents keep going inactive. All three, Internet, system
and application agents, and it's not blocking any pop ups
or anything.
HELP!

Either your PC has been infected with malware which deliberately tries to
terminate Microsoft AntiSpyware, or you should try the following fix:

1. Close MSAS
2. Open a command prompt window, and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

3. Restart Windows.

Please try the fix Robin Walker has suggested.

Additionally, I'd strongly advise that you update your antivirus application
and do a full scan of the system. If you are unable to update the antivirus
application, write back, or, if in the U.S. or Canada, call 1-866-pcsafety
for free help from Microsoft support staff for virus or security patch
problems.
