Securing menu options in a Form

I have a pretty complex database which when first loaded you are brought to a
menu. From this menu depending on the selection made you have a different
form view of the database or access to a specific table. I'd like to secure
the selections from the main menu by having the user prompted with a login
screen. How can I secure the menu option to specific users?

What you should do is use different menus based upon the user group. Have a
