Secured Web Site.

I'm looking for help. When I need to log onto a Secured
Web Site like my online banking,,,,credit cards anything
that you need a password for I can't do it. Even to log
onto Comcast Home Page. I need to shut down my computer
and go into safe mode and then do whatever it is I need to
do. Any Help

Here you find your cookie handling options. You can experiment with them until you find a comfort zone.
