Secure web sites

DOes anyone know how to fix this proble? Can not access
any secure web sites (bank, credit card, Amazon
account...). I've tried downloading the latest patch and
still nothing works. Am using WIndows ME.

Please help I'm desperate!!!!!!!

Had this problem today, was due to Norton Internet
Security not loading properly. A sucessfull reboot of NIS
fixed it.
