secure sights

I am having trouble accessing secure sights i.e.
insurance quotes, home shopping and booking forms. It
says page not found but I can access them from another
computer. I have tried reducing my security settings and
disabling the firewall. I am using windows xp and
explorer 6.0.
Help please
