Secure pages will not open.

Hi, All of a sudden the ability to view secure web pages has failed.

When I attempt to view a secure web page all I get is the standard 'The Page
cannot be displayed' etc etc

I know the pages are OK. I checked on another computer.

Is this a virus, or just some easy setting that has been changed.

Any help gratefully recieved.

PS its an XP home with explorer 6.
