secure excel sheet on server

how can i secure that an excelsheet can only being
displayed and not being printed or altered when stored on
a w2k server
 
If you're using Office 2003, DRM can do this. Otherwise, you'd need to use
either NTFS or worksheet protection to prevent alteration. I don't think
you can prevent printing.
 
I thought so already
but isn't there any way to publish an excel sheet to a
display so i can't be altered and printed
 
You could save it as a web page and make it available for
everyone to view.
 
ok THIS IS THE SOLUTION
Excel sheet will be saved as HTML or pdf
I make a policy on a OU with absolute no rights for the
user only to view the sheets.
put the particular users in this OU and it works fine
