Seconds to Minutes Conversion

I have column of
"seconds" listed on a phone bill spreadsheet. I want to
add a column and display the number as minutes. Dividing
by 60 does not accomplish this. It displays 183 seconds
as 3:05 rather than 3:03. I'm trying the CONVERT
function and [m]:ss but its not working. please help.

Try

=A1/24/60/60

or in one fell swoop

=A1/86400

format as [mm]:ss

will return 03:03

Format: m:ss
