Secondary Calendar sharing between Office 2007 and 2003

I use Office 2007 and have created a secondary calendar that I woul like to
share with others, they are using Office 2003. We have an Exchange Server.
I have read previous threads on this and it appears that I have to grant
permission to my whole mailbox to that person. Is this true? If not, how
can I do this?
