second hard drive

When I reinstalled XP Pro this time Windows is not reckognizing my second
harddrive. Can anyone help

Can you be more descriptive?

- Are all drives seen in the System BIOS?
- What service Pack level is your Windows Xp System?
- Are all drives seen in Windows XP Disk Management?
- What do *you* mean by "not recognizing"?
