Second Domain Controller

Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to add a second Server
2003 Active Directory Domain Controller? I already have one Server 2003
Domain Controller supporting 4 servers and 50 users, but fear that if it
crashes we would be in big trouble. Any help would be appreciated!

Addition of a second domain controller is a simple tast if the second
domain controller to be added is a member of the same tree. The addition
of a second DC can be accomplished by issuing the 'dcpromo' command
after the successful installation of the windows 2003 server. After
issuing the command, follow the instructions from there on to add a DC
to your already existing structure.

Configure your second server's DNS client settings to read from your first
server's DNS. Then run DCPROMO to make this server the second DC in the
domain. After that, configure the server roles as you deem appropriate.
