I have had problem with high speed SCSI hard disks.
The recommendation points to use of newer firmware.
I have a firmware file, but failed to download it with the
use of SeaTools Enterprise program, because in spite
of the fact that Adaptec 2120S can see the adapter, no
one disk on it can be seen.

Any help? I would appreciate it so much!

This sounds like you may need to recheck the installation instructions
provided for the BIOS upgrade. I suspect you are skipping a step or two
in the instruction sequence.
