Searching text within attachements in Outlook messages

The advanced search does not seem to have an option to search within
attachements.

Is there any way to search for text in word and excel attachements with
Outlook 2003 or do I need to add a third party product to accomplish this?
If a third party product is needed... any suggestions?

I've not tried it, but the blurb at http://www.lookoutsoft.com/Lookout/
seems to indicate that Lookout can do this.
