I'm running Outlook 2003 and what I'd like to do is determine how many
e-mails in a folder were received between 7pm and 9pm. I tried exporting the
data to excep but exporting the received field is not an option, I tried
creating a search folder but the received field includes the date and I can't
figure out how to word that so I get the desired results.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Isaac

Select all the items and press ENTER to open them. Since you probably
selected a lot of items Outlook will display a warning if you really want to
open these x amount of emails. Of course you choose "No" but you now know
how many items were selected.

Thanks for the reply Roady but that'll only tell me how many e-mails are in
the folder, I only want to count the ones received between 7pm and 9pm.

There's over 3,000 e-mails in the folder, besides any of them that are older
then a week it doesn't list the time received it only lists the date received.

Thanks,
Isaac
