How to include 'Receive date' as field when exporting mails?

I'm trying to export emails to excel for further analysis.
When I select export, the list of fields to be exported does not contain
'Received date' or 'Size'. How can I add those fields to the list of fields
to be exported?

as you haven't told us your version and the method you are using that isn't
working, it's impossible to help you.

Please answer these questions:

version
exactly how you are exporting

Hi Judy,

I'm using Outlook 2003 with SP2

I'm doing the export via:
File->Import and Export
Select 'Export to a file'
Select 'MS Excel' for a file type (the same limitation is with CSV and MS
Access)
Select the mail folder where the messages are
Pick name of file to be exported to
On the next dialog press 'Map custom fields ...'
There you'll see a pretty limited list of fields. some important messages
relevant fields missing (like received date and size), some others are rather
obscure (like 'Mileage').

I need to include received date (or send date) in my export and would like
to know how.

Please help.

Thanks,
Matthias
