In Vista I can't find how to search a text IN a document (word). In XP is
was easy, but in Vista? Easy to? But how?

Not sure how to specify to search either in the title or in the content but
the search results will return both.

Click Start button > Type the word

Can't get much easier than that

Control Panel/Indexing Options
Click Modify.
To add a location, select its check box in the Change selected locations
list, and then click OK.
If you don't see all of the locations on your computer in the Change
selected locations list, click Show all locations
