In Win2000 I was able to right-click on a folder, then
left click on search; this allowed me to quickly search a
subfolder for a file. In WinXP, the new search interface
does not appear to give me this capability. The
list/options in the "look in" pull-down field on the
search companion does not contain subfolders. It would
be nice if the "llok in" field would be populated with
the name of the subfolder that I righ-clicked on. Any
way to search like I did with Win2000?

Bernie,

To show Logoff on Start Menu, remove the "nologoff" entry from registry:

1. Click [Start] [Run] [Regedit.exe]
2. Backup the registry first (using File > Export option)
3. Goto this location:
HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explore
r
In the right-pane, look for the value "NoLogoff" and set the data to 0.
