searchable database

I am wondering how to create a database that is searchable within my
workplace. I want things like faqs, and topic related questions that will
auto generate a response. thanks in advance

By definition, all databases are searchable on SOME criteria. You need to be
more specific as to what entities your database will contain, what
attributes of those entities, and the relationships among entities.

Databases that aren't searchable aren't really databases.

Please post more about the context: are you looking for something your
employees could connect to using a website? or a desktop program like Access?
Will it need hotlinks embedded in text?

More info please!
