One possiblity (this is just a wild guess) - the discussion posts are saved
in the _private folder; I suspect the _private folder is therefore excluded
from the list of files/folders that the search component searches (this list
is determined by the "indexing service" on the server set by the server
admin), otherwise it would no longer be private, if it could be accessed by
a seach routine.
