I want to look up text in a column - find it in another column and then put
the details in the two colums beside it into another column.

any ideas?
 
Is it an exact match for the text cells, or are you looking for contained
text?

If it is an exact match look at help for Vlookup exact match. or beginning
of text in the lookup file vlookup again might work.
