Search thread is not working in discussion groups.

Hi, the Search thread is not working in discussion groups. I did a keyword
search
like themes for example and it keeps giving me the message:
Your query for "theme" did not return results.

The following may help you find the results you were looking for:

Check your spelling.
Enter a term or phrase that's less specific.
Try different phrasing.
Try fewer words.

I tried other keywords like windows for example but I get the same message.
Is there a way to fix it?

Please look through posts in a newsgroup before posting a new message. This
question has been asked numerous times in the past several weeks. There is
a problem with the search feature in the web interface. There is nothing
you can do to fix the problem. On the other hand you do have control. Use
a newsreader instead of the lousy web interface. XP comes with Outlook
Express which can be setup for newsgroup access. Here is a link with info

If you want to search the groups use Google Groups Advanced Search. This
newsgroup is microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
