Search & Replace Text in the Body of a Message

Is it possible to do a search & replace of text appearing in the body of a
message? If so, how?

If the message you are writing or replying to hit ctrl F

Unless you aren't using Word as your email editor, in which case, control-F
actually forwards the unsent message. In fact, without Word set as my
editor (in 2003 at least), I don't even see a Replace option under the edit
menu.
