are java was taken off the computer when we took in to get
it fix. it will not let us go on any sites. we get the
error that saids the java script is disabled.i talk to
microsoft they told me to connect you.

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security. Make sure the slider is at Medium
or less.

If no joy, you may want to reinstall the Java Virtual Machine.

Check your Security settings for scripting (Tools | Internet Options |
Security | Custom Level).
