Search in Outlook 2003 - results are wrong

Simon

Help please
When I search in Outlook 2003 for an e-mail that has the
word "smith" in it, it doesn't find the e-mail. However,
my e-mail also has the word "jones" in it so I search for
that and it finds the e-mail. I then check the e-mail to
make sure it contained the word smith and it did. No
matter how many times I search it just doesn't find it,
but as soon as I change the search word to another word
that is contained within the message the e-mail appears.

is it html and where in the message are the words smith and jones? Are you
using the option to search all fields?
