I have someone I am working with that can no longer use the Search In option
to pick his folders. It is grayed out and you cannot type in the box to the
right. I created a new PST file in his current profile and the same issue
on the new pst file. I then created a new mail profile (we do use exchange,
but he offlines in to a pst file) and same issue with a new or working pst
file. He can see everything fine. I am getting to the point where I am
either going to blow out Outlook 2k3 or create a new local profile to fix
this. Any ideas out side the latter 2?
BTW, now is he getting "The message has not fully downloaded from the server.
Would you like to mark it for download."
