Search for past dates

In Outlook 2003/Exchange Server 2003 are you able to search for past dates in
a Calendar that you have delegate rights for? Currently we are using the
"Look In" feature and are able to search future dates of several calendars,
but not past dates.

do the appointments exist? if so, then searching doesn't care what the date
is... but if archive removed the items, you'll never find them.

Some of my users have the same problem on Outlook 2002. However,
they're able to search backwards if they go thru "Options" on the find
bar, and then "Advanced search," altho once in advanced area they use
the same criteria as for a simple "find."

What's really puzzling for us is that some users have to do that, and
others don't. And I can't find any difference between the profiles
and settings of those who can and those who can't.

Anyway, hope this works on 2003 for you.

The appointments do exsist. The calendar owner can search for past dates,
but her delegate cannot... I will check on the archive.
