Search Folder for "Follow up" in Deleted folder

O

orbojeff

I hate having a large Inbox and prefer to delete items after I read
them.
However I would like to take advantage of Outlooks "Follow up" Search
folder to search on flagged items
The default folder will not search on items in the Deleted folder
Is there a way to create a Search folder that will search for flagged
items across all folders; including Deleted

Thanks
Jeff

Not that I know of.
But I have to ask - why would you want to search for something in the trash?
If you deleted it, isn't it trash you don't want? Don't keep things in the
deleted items folder - it is not meant to store anything. Empty it
regularly.

I use the delted folder as an archive.
After I read and Item I hit the dlete key and it goes there.
I then use google search or whatever if I need to read it again.
I was able to figure this out by creating a customer search folder and
using advanced rules

Thanks

Glad you figured it out. Just curious - do you put your watch in the
wastebasket in your office?
