Search Engine Problem

When i attempt to look up a subject using any search
engine... I get a page titled"Are you looking for a search
engine". It states I have a "malicious program". It then
advises me to go to www.tweakxp.com/forum for help.

How do I fix this?

I had a trojan, that my virus checker did not find that
stopped most of my search engines from working, i down
loaded a small program called qhost, it said it did not
find any thing but it seemed okay after.
