search criteria being changed....

Have used this site, http://www.stltoday.com/ many times with the following
search criteria:

o'fallon

Now I'm getting the following msg:

"SEARCH RESULTS FOUND FOR: o%27fallon

Your search did not match any text on STLtoday.com."


Notice that o'fallon has been changed to o%27fallon

Not sure what is causing the %27 to be inserted where the ' should be.
Has something happened on my end with IE6.x ?

%27 is ASCII code for an apostrophe and shouldn't cause a problem.

%27 is ASCII code for an apostrophe and shouldn't cause a problem.
