R Rick \Nutcase\ Rogers Dec 20, 2003 #4 Hi Kevin, If you spelled it correctly, scvhost.exe, then you are infected with the agobot virus: http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32agobott.html You will need to update your antivirus software and remove the bugger (requires some manual recovery steps). My understanding is that if you do a search for SVCHOST, and when you find it the file is in all CAPS, that it is a virus. Floyd Adams
