Scsi disk error? Toss the disk?

I can hear my disk seek as if it were stuck for 3 or 4 seconds.
SCSI Adaptec 3924, Fujitsu 38meg HD (15,000 rpm) (one of 4)

Alert log says I have a bad block and provides this message.
Question is, from this, which freaking disk is it and is there something
here that
tells me where on the disk it is?

Question also is what to do? Microsoft says to toss the disk. !!!????

All disk mfg have a DOS utility you can download to a MS-DOS formated floppy,
Boot to floppy,run the tests.
