scrollingon the net

Hi Guys
My niece calls me her computer guy, lives 450 miles away from me.
She has a problem and i don't know the answer.This only happens when she is
on the internet at websites.
If she is on the net and in outlook express doing mai , it does not happen.
When she is opn a website and has to scroll down a page , the page kinda
follows the mouse down, she says like the page is folding in half. Thats
about all i know at this time.
I have had her shut down the pC and try different keyboard and mouse but it
still happens.
Oh ya , she said every time she types the letter (E) this happens.
Sounds wiered to me.
We have run adware 6 and spybot , and AVG is up to date. We dumped the
temorary internet files , run chkdsk , I don't have a clue where to go next.
Hope someone may have an idea.

Have her try check to see if her display drivers are up to date and to try
lowering hardware acceleration. Good luck and keep us posted.

Well that didnot seam to help either. This is kinda hard when you are not
right there looking at it.
Have to get mor info from her i guess.

Hi Kelly
Sorry this response is so late.
I got my nieses PC all settled down.It was full of adware and Spyware.
I had her update everything and run it and all worked out.
