Scrolling problem with iframe in IE6 with security patch Q824145

Hi,

I have an editable iframe(with <body contenteditable="true"> ) in my
page with some content that causes the verical or horizontal scrollbar
to appear in the iframe.Now if I click inside the iframe and then
scroll to the end (say with vertical scrollbar) and then click on the
up arrow of the scrollbar,it doesn't move up.But if I drag the
scrollbar up it does.This is happening after applying the latest
security patch Q824145 on IE6 SP1.
any idea what can be done to solve this problem?

Work around:
Click immediately under the slider.
Drag the slider.
Use the mouse wheel.
Use the Page Down and Page Up keys.
