Scrolling Listbox

I want to scroll a list box if its already scrolled all the way. I was
wondering how could I do this, there is no Scroll method or anything
from what I can tell. Is there anythings that doesn't involve
calculations (that are probably error prone anyway)?

Huh? That sentence made no sense. Either you're missing the word "not" or
it's just plain incomprehensible. Could you please rephrase?
