scrolling in datagrid

Hi All,
I would like to ask, how can i control scroll bar of datagrid,
say, get event when it is scrolling down, or scrolling up.

Take a look at the source code for my sample here:

It shows how to obtain the vertical and horizontal scrollbars on the
datagrid. Then simply add a handler for the valuechange event
