ScrollControlIntoView bug?

Hi all,

I have a panel that have some child controls inside . I use the
ScrollControlIntoView method to programatically scroll the scroll bar so
that some of the controls are visible, without user interaction. However,
the controls shift up when I am programatically scrolling the panel (It only
has the Horizontal scroll bar). Now, I need to have a loop to reset the
controls' top everytime I programactically scoll the panel. On the other
hands, if I scroll the bar, none of the controls shift up. Any idea??
