We are currently using Windows XP with Office 2003 on an IBM Thinkpad T42.
One of our employees is having trouble with her vertical scrollbar sticking
at the bottom of the list in two applications: one is Outlook and the other
is a third-party application they've been using for sometime. She is the
only person having this problem. Both of those applications have large lists
in which the scrollbar sticks. At first I thought she was just not giving it
enough time to fill the boxes, but that is not the case. The scrollbar won't
go to the top of the box at all. It's really strange, and she's getting
really frustrated. Her other programs work fine. Any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks. Darlene

Visit the IBM support web site and download the
latest Windows XP compatible video adapter drivers
for your specific ThinkPad model. Uninstall the old drivers
before installing the new drivers. In fact, make sure to
install all recommended IBM driver updates, including
a BIOS update.

It would also be a good idea to download and install the new ClearType Tuner
PowerToy for the ThinkPad's LCD screen.
