Scrollbar to fast

Just the past few days when I click on the right up&down scrollbar it moves
up and down too far. In the past if I clicked in the blank space it moved
just one page, Now it moves 2-3 pages and clicking the arrow moves 2-3
spaces also. How do I get the original setting back??
