Scrollbar position

Anyone knows how to place the vertical scrollbar on the left side of a
scrollable control? I'm currently using a ListBox, if that matters.

Well, this is to some degree true. However, all text contained,
context menus etc will also be RightToLeft. This is not a wanted
effect. I was hoping there would be a flag or something that could be
set making the scrollbar appear on the left hand side.
