Scroll bars & frames

Hi

I am having issues with our companies website which I am re-designing. I
have 3 frames, 1 up top as a banner, 1 main body in the left and a contents
on the far right. When the main body is large and needs a vertical scroll bar
ithe bar sits in between the main body and the contents frame. Can I link it
so it is hard up against the right and srolls with the contents. Here is a
page on our old website which does this but I cant work out how to do it:

Not possible, since this is how frames work. On the link provided below, frames are not being used

You would be well advised NOT to use frames for this site, otherwise you
will not only be trapped in scrollbar hell, but you will also enter the
scary world of frameset hell.
