scroll bars and templates

If the page becomes big enough the scroll bars will appear.
It's automatic.

Hi Steve,

Thanx for your quick reply. Unfortunately it is not the case: the scroll
bars don't show up automatically when the page is too big. If the window
becomes smalles thatn the page or the screen resolution is too low, they do
not pop up. If change to a different website, there do are these scroll
bars..
Before I implemented a dnamic web template to this page, it was no problem,
and they indeed popped up automatuically.

Caused by all your absolute positioned bubble divs (and flag images)

PS
your page (not your dwt) have extra body tags in them too
