Scroll bar

Using XP Professional on an IBM ThinkPad 40 with
Navigator mouse

My scroll bar does not seem to be working properly. When
I click on it to scroll up or down, it jumps two screens
instead of just one.

There seems to be no wheel tab option on this navigator
mouse. It just seems like I ought to be able to set the
number of lines that it scrolls; that for some reason
wherever that is set, it got doubled.

PgUp and PgDn seem to be working just fine.

Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi David,

This is a known issue after installing update KB842145

For now, uninstall it using add & remove in the control panel. Microsoft is
aware of the issue, hopefully it will be fixed shortly.
