scroll bar properties

The scroll bar in my frames pages is blue, is there a
place to set the color or to make it transparent?
 
A scroll bar can't be made transparent, only colored.

Thanks to Wally for this one:

Go to http://www.harmonyhollow.net and download their free scrollbar
software. You can set the colors with an eyedropper. Then you just copy the
code and paste it into your html in the head section.
 
But it won't make it transparent.!!

If you make it the same color as your background, it will appear to be transparent.
