Scroll bar problem.

Suddenly, my vertical scroll bar started paging by more than a whole page. I have looked throught all of the settings that I can find but nothing seems to be appropriate. Does anybody know how to change it?
 
A whole page of what? Settings for what?

When looking at a web page or a page of text in Word and I hit the scroll bar to scroll down a page, it normally leaves at least a line of overlap to the next page. Now it actually pages down several lines into the next page and I have to scroll back up a few lines to pick up where I left off

I went through the control panel and tried system and display settings but nothing seemed to be appropriate to my problem.
 
You might try Control Panel|Mouse settings
