Scroll bar colours

I have a number of forms where I have set the scroll bar property to None.
However I can still see lines the thickness of the scroll bars on my forms
that do not match the background colour of my forms. Is there anyway of
getting rid of these lines or at least changing the colour so that they
match the background colour of my form? I don't want the scroll bars visible
so I don't need to change their colour just the space on the forms where
they would normally appear.

Your form's window is just larger than the form it contains (being still the
size as when scrollbars were there). Just size the window to the form and
those areas will be gone.
