Script problems in help menu's

I am having problems with Windows XP Professional help
menu's and it also effects help menu's in other programs.

For instance in when I click on links in help I get the
message "an error has occurred in the script on this page.

Any body have any Idea's

Look at the page below for some fixes. Go to the letter H, and page down to
"Help."
