Script font

I have problem with my font i can't read arabic font i try to repire the problem maybe some files are missing when i open notepad from format menu then font at the script it shown only western script i ask my friend to help me he tell me there are missing file he tell me he have in script arabic not western .
how could i fix it
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!

Send it as batch file or with windows update

1) Please learn the basic nuances of written English. That is very hard
to read, try putting in some puncuation, in the appropriate places, as well
as some capital letters.

I'm also too stoooopid to read it and see that it's understandable enough to
get the gist of the problem, but then I'd have to admit I'm also too stooooopid
to know the fix and tell you what it is.

I don't know if this is it, but go to Control Panel; Regional and
Language Options, Languages page and make sure that you have the box
checked for 'complex script and right-to-left languages'
