Script file error message that won't go away

Could anyone Kindly tell me how I can get the following error message to stop popping up about every 3 minutes: Cannot find script file "C:/ProgramFiles/SBC/Connection Manager/Sprt/htmlagent/vbs/tsoe.vbs". I was never searching for any type of script file and wish the computer would quit looking for it. Your help is greatly appreciated. I deal in antique books and would gladly trade some of my knowledge for yours. thank you, Matt
