i'm not sure i understand the problem, but if you're just
bothered by getting the error messages, you can go to
Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced

there you can turn ON "Disable Script Debugging" and turn
OFF "Display a notice about every script error". this
will stop the annoying script error messages.

From http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/scriptdb.htm

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

You might want to refresh your scripting engine:

or
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 2000 and XP

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

I have followed all of the advice below with
zero positive results.

Here is a typical site that gives my IE6 script errors:
http://javascript.internet.com/

Using Opera or Mozilla (on the same PC) gives
NO script errors. Using IE55 on another PC
gives no errors.

My Win XP is upgraded to Ser Pak 1 with all current
security patches.

Since both Opera and Mozilla render the above
site without problems, this is obviously a Microsoft
bug issue in IE6. I think its time you pass this
on to Microsoft. What do you think?
